I stopped watching this reality tV show about a couple and their set of twins and their set of sextuplets because all those two seemed to be doing was snapping at each other all the time. For those of you u who have seen the show, what do you think? Just to keep this short, those two drive me up the wall.
LOL. I agree. I never watched the show, but to me, it's ridiculous to have TV crews monitoring you and your family all the time. It's bound to cause disruption, and where in the world is the privacy!
Although I don't watch the show, I just read that on Monday's show, John and Kate are supposed to be delivering some huge announcement regarding the family. Many are speculating that they are getting a divorce. Apparently, John had an affair with some 23-year-old, and Kate's been inseparable from her bodyguard...
Not to mention that she just published a book about successful marriage and how to use Christian principle to strengthen the family. She's a total b*tch and he, well, I sort of sympathize with him but I also imagine he's not that much more likable. I saw one episode of the show and found it excrusiatingly horrible.
I won't judge either of them, we don't know how much of it is reality and how much of it is acting. I know if my family life was a reality TV show my parrents would have to make a point of causing drauma so people would actually watch.
I've also read some stuff online, saying the parents are using the show to exploit their kids. That may just have been someone's opinion, or sometihng. They've let fame and all tihs go o their eads, and to me, the kids aer a bunch of brats. sure they have temper tantrums, but for God's sake ... They should stop the show entirely.
Hahaha, I agree with Jared. My parents would definitely have to add some drama of their own or no one would bother at all.
Who knows, who cares how much of it is real and how much isn't? It's reality TV, can't assume any of it's real. I do watch it from time to time, I like shows like that. But I prefer 18 Kids and Counting. And yeah they do snap at each other and half-assed argue constantly, but with the kids they have, can you really blame them? Lol.
No, i suppose not, and with the cameras there, that would put a lot of pressure on them to try to carry on as normally as possible. Who's idea was it to start that dumb show anyway? Yes, I love the show eighteen kids and counting.
Kate has an attitude problem and is much too controlling to her kids. This is why the kids act out so much because they do not feel empowered and cannot be individuals. i've taken child psychology, and I'm very enlightened on child development. Of course, my school of thought is abscued compared to the average; however, there is a line that should be drawn. I think that she really really overdoes things, such as forcing her child to sit on the potty until he produces something, even if it is up to an hour, which is a good way to cause psychological problems and make the child associate potty training with mistreatment. Not to mention, the fame and money have really gotten to her head. I have some shocking videos of footage that did not make the shows on TV as to how she treats her children. I pray for her, her family, and her children. I pray that she will someday see the light and understand that things need to be different.
